STAM plays a key role in cyber-physical security and resilience of critical infrastructures and assets, particularly in the fields of transport and public spaces.
We collaborate with national and international stakeholders, including public authorities, municipalities, and operators, large industries and SMEs, Law Enforcement Agencies and private security firms, research organisations, civil society groups, and industry clusters.
STAM is also an active member of several key clusters and networks in the field:
- DG HOME CERIS – Community for European Research and Innovation for Security
- EOS – European Organization for Security
- AIAD – Italian Industries Federation of Aerospace, Defence and Security
- START 4.0 – Competence Centre for the Security and Optimisation of Strategic Infrastructures
- SIIT – Ligurian Technology District on Smart Integrated Systems
Committed to innovation, STAM has led and contributed to numerous security and safety projects, spanning both industry-driven and R&D initiatives, covering multimodal transport and mobility, railways, airports and aviation, logistics, smart cities, public spaces, mass events, and industry.
