At STAM, our Robotics and Mechatronics Business Area offers comprehensive support in industrial automation and advanced technologies. We specialize in developing proof of concepts, prototypes, and conducting laboratory testing to bring your innovative ideas to life.

Our expertise spans a wide range of areas, including AI-powered image analysis, extended reality technologies, collaborative robotics, and smart systems for monitoring operators. We recently expanded our capabilities with a 250+ m² workshop and laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art tools such as KUKA and UR robots, conveyor belts, computer vision systems (3D, RGB, and NIR), grippers, sensors, and 3D printers. This allows us to develop and fine-tune prototypes of mechatronic and automation systems efficiently.

Our services encompass a wide range of advanced solutions. We excel in Proof of Concept as a Service, as we can rapidly develop proof-of-concept models, demonstrators, or prototypes to test innovative concepts before full-scale production. Our Collaborative Robotic Systems create customized robotic cells for manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and machine tending, including risk assessments. We implement AI-Powered Computer Vision for inspection, quality control, autonomous navigation, and robotic guidance. Additionally, we develop Extended Reality Technologies, crafting immersive interfaces using virtual, mixed, and augmented reality for operator training and system interaction. Lastly, our Smart Systems for Operator Monitoring design IoT systems and wearable devices to monitor worker safety and enhance user interfaces.
