The transition to bio-based solutions is a key driver in the decarbonization and circular economy strategies of energy-intensive industries. As an active member of the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC), we work alongside leading research centers and industrial players to accelerate the integration of bio-based solutions in various sectors, including chemicals, manufacturing, and energy. Additionally, we collaborate with ESA (European Space Agency) to explore closed-loop biotechnologies for life support systems in space, which have direct applications for sustainable industrial processes on Earth.
